First Evaluation and Experimental Results on the Determination of Uncertainties in [UTC - UTC (k)]

Abstract:	In this work, we present a preliminary study of the uncertainty of [UTC – UTC (k)]. In the first part of the paper, we consider an analytical solution considering the law of the propagation of uncertainty. In the second part, we verify the analytical results numerically, using the software used for the generation of UTC.
