Abstract: Cesium beam atomic frequency standards (CAFS) provide absolute frequency accuracy, independent of environmental conditions and time. Symmetricom has developed and delivered a modern space qualified CAFS to Boeing for the GPS IIF program. The 4410 is a fully microprocessor controlled design which implements the technology of current state of the art commercial CAFS. This paper presents an architectural overview and production data for the 4410 CAFS.
