Abstract: The tool presented in this paper has been developed with the aim of supporting educational, research and product development activities in the GNSS field. It includes hardware and software in order to enable an easy and fast access to a wide range of data (practically speaking every kind of data that a GNSS receiver can provide as output). The hardware developed enables the user to interface with various GNSS chipsets relying on a USB connection and on a GPRS quad-band modem. The software, designed to run on a personal computer, has extended logging capabilities and it gives a full hardware control to the user.
