Future Navigation - Safety or Savings?

Abstract:	Many governments are putting monetary gain before safety of navigation when it comes to provision of infrastructure and services. The paper lists some of the areas of concern and recommends that IAIN take a leading role in publishing a list of minimum requirements and in co-ordinating efforts to protect the radionavigation spectrum in the run-up to WRC 2003.
