Abstract: | This paper introduced the motivation of the establishment of the Far East Radio Navigation System (FERNS), and their history since October 1989. Also deals with their schemes and activities including effective operation of Loran-C and Chayka, re-planning of frequency assignment of DGNSS stations to minimize interference, and etc. |
