Atomic Quality Clocks for Cell-Phone GPS without the Atoms

Abstract: This paper introduces our new ideas for the joint modelling of GPS and cellular network clocks to improve the clock performance of a GPS receiver, incorporated into a cell-phone, to a level close to that of an atomic clock.
