Abstract: | In this paper we recap the work published in [1], concerning some cross-correlation assessment between GPS L1C and Galileo E1. Furthermore, we present and discuss some new results. The aim is to emphasis the importance of considering inter-system interference on Galileo codes selection process. The latter issue is addressed by evaluating the impact of the existing GPS L1C codes on the performance of the Galileo L1 receivers. The evaluation of this impact is performed through the assessment of cross-correlations properties of their spreading codes. |
