Abstract: | This paper describes the Advanced Digital Antenna Production (ADAP) digital anti-jam antenna system, the latest technology development for maintaining GPS availability in a stressed Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) environment. Enabling technologies incorporated into the ADAP design to achieve enhanced performance over present anti-jam antenna system technology are discussed. ADAP features include improved jammer suppression processing and extended interface, environmental, and EMI capabilities, while maintaining compatibility with legacy air and maritime GPS system integrations. ADAP is shown to address evolving operational, NAVWAR, and GPS Modernization requirements. |
