Integer Ambiguity Resolution for GPS Attitude Determination From Double Difference Phase Measurements

Cesare Cardani, Alberto Rolando, Carlo Di Marino, and Paolo Vercesi

Abstract: The paper describes a method to determine the integer ambiguities using the double differences phase measurements in order to permit the solution of attitude determination with GPS. The method presented is based on analogous one [6], valid for the single diffrences of phase. Two diffrent way to solve the ambiguity are presented, depending on the geometry of the baselines used during the acquisiton test. Simulation results show the validity of the method presented, even in presence noise.
