Abstract: | Information and Analytical navigation Center (IAC) was founded in 1995 as a part of Russian Mission Control Center (MCC) responsible for monitoring of GLONASS performance. Currently IAC is official analysis center of Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) which is one of two main GLONASS customers. The second one is Ministry of Defense. Since 2005 IAC is associated analysis center of International GPS (GNSS) Service (IGS) providing GLONASS a posteriori orbit and clock data. The routine IAC operations starting of the data collection and ending by the generation of products and the reports are fully automated. Input data are collected from the network of about 90 receivers where approximately half of them provide GPS and GLONASS data. Main part of data is downloaded from the global and regional data archives as hourly or daily RINEX files. Additionally some data are collected from several Russian stations involved in Russian System of Differential Correction and Monitoring (SDCM) to be fully operational in next years. The processing cycle consists of several task sets where the most important correspond to: • generation of combined broadcast ephemeris files (GLONASS and GPS) • data preprocessing for the cycle slips determination and correction • preliminary orbit determinations for the estimation of the data weighting and parameters to be solved • preparation of the data inputs including adjustment of the time scale with GPS and GLONASS time • adjustment of the parameters (orbits, clocks, troposphere, EOP and etc.) • comparison with the broadcast data and IGS analysis centers results • code bias determination for the calibration of the receivers • generation of the output files including the official bulletins. This paper describes the activity performed in IAC and presents the main results of GLONASS and GPS performance analysis. The emphasis is done on the code receiver biases as a key problem in the determination of GLONASS clock data and the offset between GPS and GLONASS time. Results of GLONASS performance analysis has been used for the GLONASS-M satellite inorbit validation procedure. |
