Abstract: 39 Vertical/Short Takeoff and Landing (V/STGL) as well as Conventional (CTOL) have been restricted to adhering to conventional TRRPS/navigation criteria However, V/STOL and CTOL aircraft performing low altitude navigatlo~ e.g. rotorcraft proceedmg to/from platforms at sea or center city, sea- and fioat planes proccding to/from &r/lakes and regional/commuter or business aircraft proceeding to/from umxmtroIled airfields/job sites have similar navigation problems that require unique solutions.
