The 15 Years of Solid-State Gyrodynamics Development in the Soviet Union and Ukraine: Results and Perspectives of Applied Theory

Sergay A. Sarapulov

Abstract: The principal directions of parallel investigations of Solid-State Gyrodynamics (in particular, like hemispherical and cylindrical resonator gyros) in the Soviet Union and Ukraine during 1980-1995 have been analysed using numerous publications in this field which do not well-known to Western scientists. The fundamental and applied results have been compared with published results of western scholars. The state-of-art in this field have been reviewed.
