Current Status, Development Program and Performance of the GLONASS System

Abstract:	Theunpublishedresultsconcemedwiththespacecraftprepa- ration for operation are considered in report. In particular the information about the system status and its development plan is submitted. The system structure and its performance are also presented. The interection scheme of monitoring and control subsystem for ephemeride acquisition and for process of time scale synchronization is done in details. In this connection the individual spececraft performance is also presented. The questions of navigation field monitoring are considered in more detail.
