Abstract: | Differential GPS soiutions‘fomxed using the RTCM- 104 format are analyzed. to determine the chamcteristics of the errors in both position and velocity. The data were taken at fixed, known locations up to 4 km apart Trimble and Ashtech systems were used as reference stations and Ashtech, Magnavox, and Trimble receivers were used as xemotes. Differential correction ages from 7 to 80 set were studied. Error characteristics as a function of age of corrections and PDOP are shown. Temporal characteristics and distribution functions axe also given. |
