Reliability Assurance for GPS Integrity Test

Yang Gao

Abstract: Reliability assurance of GPS integrity test is investigated in this paper which focuses on the simultaneous control of both the false alarm rate and the detection rate. A general expression of reliability assurance criterion is provided which is flexible for different applications. Both failure detection and isolation are treated and their statistical consistency is considered. An integrity test procedure with reliability assurance is proposed.
