Abstract: The use of GLONASS signals which have charac& teristics similar to those of GPS for time synchronization was restricted for a long time because of lack of commercial time receivers. Automated system for receiving and processing GLONASS data on the basis of ASN-16 navigation receiver connected with PC was developed in the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time. This paper presents brief description of this automated system and results of its application for clock synchronization via GLONASS signals.
