The Most Versatile GPS Engine on the Market

Abstract:	The ALLSTAR is a low-cost high-precision 12 channel single frequency GPS receiver with high-quality integrated carrier phase data. In the past 3 years, it has been successfully utilized as a standard, low-cost GPS Receiver from AVL applications to high-end demanding attitude determination and RTK applications. This paper describes at least six (6) distinct products that Canadian Marconi Company currently offers to OEM System Integrators. This paper does not go into highly technical detail but rather lists many standard and custom versions which exist of the ALLSTAR. CMC introduces the lower cost, smaller size same performance SUPERSTAR: the latest Canadian Marconi Company GPS OEM Receiver. This new generation does not replace the previous; ALLSTAR will still be on the market for many years to come.
