The Concept of Establishing of the Russian Satellite Differential and Integrity Monitoring System and Its Integration with the GPS Differential Concept

Abstract:	This paper identifies the need to establish a differential and integrity monitoring system and describes the main missions which can be solved with differential systems with respect to principal user requirements. This paper describes the composition and configuration of the system, deployment phases, and principles of implementing an integrity monitoring system.
