Abstract: A new kinematic carrier phase differential GPS positioning algorithm with an on-the-fly ambiguity resolution method is presented by applying the H쳌‡ filter. The H쳌‡ filter is one of the robust filtering techniques. The H쳌‡ filter does not require the statistical properties of the noise disturbances. It has been reported that the H쳌‡ filter shows the robustness against uncertainties of the system model. Thus, it is expected that it can improve the performance of the positioning in the kinematic situations. In this paper, results of the experiments using a real receiver data in the kinematic environment are shown.
