| Abstract: | This paper proposes a LEO-PNT satellite constellation that will bring services of QZSS to a global audience, alongside an emphasis to open approaches for adoption by the user community. A satellite development approach will be proposed that aids in overcoming key technical challenges of a LEO-PNT platform. In addition, scenarios will be treated using real-time GNSS data, augmented by simulated LEO-PNT satellites, highlighting performance errors and convergence times, in a variety of environments. |
