| Abstract: | This paper presents the recently declared new Galileo OSNMA service. It describes its roadmap implemented till reaching the Initial Service declaration, and its main design elements, focusing on the Service Definition Document (SDD). The paper also presents the performance achieved in terms of availability over the last months as compared to the commitment from the SDD, and the market status at the time of the OSNMA Initial Service declaration. Its main purpose is to provide a full overview of OSNMA as it currently stands, and the references to implement OSNMA-capable receivers and applications following the OSNMA Initial Service declaration. |
