Abstract: Recent analyses on the increasing number of disturbance events on legacy GNSS suggest the need of alternative Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) services, exploiting different frequency bands. Despite conceived for communication services, the deployment of IRIS2 represents a unique opportunity for jointly providing a PNT service in Ku/Ka band. This paper investigates the potential performance of a Fused PNT service, highlighting possible deviations from the communication-oriented system design. Keywords — Fused PNT, LEO-PNT, 3GPP, NTN
