Abstract: | With the Navigation, Positioning, and Timing (PNT) information being widely used in power grids, finance, transportation and communication networks, and other livelihoods and key infrastructures, modern society is becoming increasingly dependent on the PNT services. Whether PNT information is trusted or not will affect the high-quality development of society. Although many studies on trusted PNT information have been carried out, there is no systematic research on the concept and framework of trusted PNT information. In this paper, from the perspective of user requirement, the concept and definition of trusted PNT are proposed, and then multi-level capability elements, indicator system and evaluation methods are presented, and at last the key technology development suggestions are put forward from both the system-side and the user-side. |
