ITAR Free Smart Antenna Array for Resilient GNSS in Aviation

Abstract: The paper analyses the current EU and US legislations referred to dual-use GNSS interference mitigation. From the analysis, a compliant system is proposed, tailored for civil aviation use. The results indicate that such system can enable a degree of robustness for the receivers and still meet the requirements to be considered ITAR free.
