Abstract: A father and his son were missing and found dead 24 days later in May 2018. They understood their own location and talked with family by the cellular phone initially, but the rescue teams were not able to find them. Actually the emergency calls are mainly from cellular phones and the location information can be sent together. We should check the usage status and helpfulness of location information on E911 to understand the problems and improvement point. We would like to have discussion for more effective E911 system providing and the improvement agenda to save human life.
