Stability and Accuracy of the Realization of the Time Scale in Singapore

Abstract:	Singapore Productivity and Standard- Board (PSB) maintains the national time scale in Singapore. The time scale has been linked to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) since October 1997. This paper reports the analysis on the stability and accuracy of the time scale. Time dissemination through GPS is also discussed.
