The Pervasive Societal Impact of Time and Frequency

Abstract: This talk will paint a picture of these changes that were enabled by time and frequency technology, and provide examples ranging from clocks in the home, to hiking/driving in uncharted areas, to the reduction of the threat of weapons of mass destruction.
