Systematic Effects in GPS and WAAS Time Transfers

Abstract: Several systematic effects that can influence SBAS and GPS time transfers are discussed. These include: ionospheric delays, multipath, and signal-to-noise ratio. Estimates for the magnitude of these effects are given.
