Approximate Error Estimates in Passive SAW Sensors With Differential Phase Measurement

Abstract:	We discuss approximate statistical estimates of limiting errors associated with single differential phase measurement of a time delay (phase difference) between two reflectors of the passive surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor.
