Abstract: The ACE-BOC has many advantages and it will be a good solution for future signal design. This paper proposes a new acquisition algorithm for ACE-BOC signal which can also be used for AltBOC signal. Firstly, the principle of the PMF-FFT is introduced and the Scalloping Loss is discussed, then the padding zeros method is adopted to remove this effect. Secondly, the signal model and the processing method are analyzed, which adopts Dual-Side BPSK (DSB) receiving method. Thirdly, the performance analysis is given which includes the analytical formula of the false alarm probability, detection probability and average acquisition time. Finally, the experiment is carried out and the conclusion is drawn.
