Abstract: This paper describes collaborative effort between NEC, DENSO CORP. and JAXA to apply Precise Point Positioning (PPP) to vehicles to achieve “where-in-lane” accuracy. The effort has been on-going since April 2012. This paper describes results from driving experiments, challenges found and planned future work.
