Long-term Trending of GPS Performance Characteristics

Abstract: This paper provides a definition of GPS performance trending efforts undertaken in support of various U.S. government agencies.* It describes key performance trends, and identifies performance behaviors that require attention from the GPS user community. The paper finishes with a description of programmatic trends that will profoundly affect the performance provided to all users of GPS.
