Performance Improvement of Navigation Information Quality Monitoring M&S Program by GPGPU Parallel Processing

Abstract: We develop condition monitoring examination model program by narrow-area ground based observation. This program include these algorithms – spoofing signal monitoring, satellite orbit / clock fault monitoring and ionosphere monitoring. These algorithms in ‘Navigation Information Quality Monitoring M&S Program’ developed by WPF programming language that using serial computing manner. So, this M&S program needs a lot of processing time. M&S program consist of many complex matrix calculation. If we apply parallel computing to M&S program, we can improve performance of program because parallel computing can calculate each matrix element independently. We add parallel processing code to M&S program and compare processing speed of serial computing code with processing speed of parallel computing code.
