Abstract: | With the increase in the number of people who obtain their own location information using a smartphone or car navigation, more precise accuracy is required by various application. Normally, the smartphone and car navigation are operated by L1 single-frequency GPS receiver and their accuracy is at the level of 5 m or so. Thus, many kind of augmentation systems for L1 single-frequency GPS receiver have been researched and Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) is one of the most popular augmentation systems. In this paper, real-time FKP-DGPS algorithm has proposed as a new augmentation method by integrating conventional DGPS correction with FKP correction. FKP is one of Network Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) methods which is normally used for carrier-phase based positioning to deal with spatial decorrelation. In order to verify its performance, real-time static and dynamic tests had been carried out and improvement of positioning accuracy had been confirmed [8]. In this paper, valid baseline length of FKP correction for L1 single-frequency GPS receiver has been measured by performance analysis according to baseline lengths between user and reference stations. In conclusion, above various results of study have been analyzed to check the feasibility of Real-time FKP-DGPS Algorithm. |
