Abstract: | We aligned the total delay of TL's GPS reference station, TWTF, and the UTC link PTB -TL based on the common clock difference measurements of BIPM METODE[1] (measurement of total delay) tour at PTB and TL. These results were compared with the previous calibration value at 2005[2]. We also analyzed the possible discrepancy sources between these two calibration results. For uncertainty estimation, we did not give a traditional uncertainty budget list in this paper but proposed a method to estimate the upper limit uncertainty of the link delay between BIPM travelling receiver and TWTF, and then we discussed how to improve this method to evaluate the total uncertainty of the UTC link PTB-TL. |
