Abstract: | Because of caesium fountain primary standards are not continuously operating instruments as opposed to clocks one needs a proper high stable reference frame to investigate fine phenomena in fountain standards frequency uncertainties and to compare primary standards to that located remote. In this paper we try to show some ways how basing on ensemble of continuously operating high stable and well predictable H-masers one may compare local caesium standards relative remote reference and estimate the uncertainty of these comparisons. |
