Abstract: SPRING is a full software simulator able to model the pseudo-range and to calculate a PVT solution taking into account the 3D environment on the receiver antenna. To support this functionality the following services have been implemented: • GNSS satellites orbit propagation based on ephemeris • Precise 3D models with description of materials of the buildings • Propagation of signal : interaction with the surrounding facades or roofs and elaboration of the list of signals reaching the antenna • Integration of a receiver model calculating the pseudo-range for each acquired satellite • Position and speed determination using a least squares algorithm This paper presents the first results with a special focus on the validation of propagation algorithms.
