Abstract: GPS is vulnerable to deliberate jamming signals and unintentional interference signals. For counteracting this weakness in GPS, array antenna based anti-jamming methods are studied. For this reason, CRPA System carries out antenna null-steering or beam-forming method by using adaptive array antenna for countermeasure about jamming signals. But performance of CRPA based GPS anti-jamming system is determined according to antenna type and jamming environment. In this paper, CRPA based GPS anti-jamming algorithms and systems were introduced. And proposed performance evaluation methods are explained in accordance with total system view and inter-channel spatial processing view of array system. This paper proposes “GPS satellite signal tracking possible territory”, “performance convergence time of GPS anti-jamming system” and “power spectrum sharpness of MUSIC algorithm” as index about performance evaluation of GPS anti-jamming systems. And software based simulation platform was designed for evaluating performance of CRPA based GPS anti-jamming systems. The proposed evaluation indexes were analyzed in diverse environment.
