Abstract: | A Differential GPS Workshop was coordinated and run by the DOT Transportation Systems Center, TSC, Cambridge, MA, June 9-10, 1983. A session was conducted to formulate recommendations concerning the use of various internal error models by user receivers and the reference station receivers of a differential GPS system. The session participants developed a set of recommendations concerning clock, ephemeris, tropospheric and ionospheric models along with rationale for the recommendations. These were presented to the general Workshop and refined as necessary. This paper reports on the developments of the User/Reference Model Compatibility Session at the Differential GPS Workshop. |
