Issues Before the ION

David C. Scull

Abstract: This is a speech given at the 1985 National Technical Meeting by David C. Scull, in which he addresses issues before the ION and the navigation community. The speech addresses the potential of GPS, the future role of VOR, LORAN and OMEGA, inertial navigation, and the future of automobile navigation.
