Kinematic and Pseudo-Kinematic GPS

Abstract: This paper describes the kinematic and pseudo-kinematic techniques mathematically, geometrically, and historically. Other techniques are also considered to provide a point of comparison. The strengths and weaknesses are addressed. A few examples are included or referenced. The future of these techniques is considered.
