Comparison of Processing Methods for BOC Modulated Signals with Adaptive Array

Abstract: In this paper, we assume three types of BOC modulated signal processing methods via filtering before the interference mitigation modular while taking into account correlation processes with adaptive array. They are: all power between two mainlobes preserved for ‘Method 1’, ‘Method 2’ preserving one of the mainlobes power and ‘Method 3’ two mainlobes power preserved respectively. Then the jammer cancellation ratio and BOC signal losses were analyzed, which indicated that the interference signal cancellation decreases 20dB as the interference signal bandwidth increase tenfold. At last, the effective carrier to noise density ratio (C/N0) was used to make comparison for the three processing methods.
