Abstract: VNIIFTRI mobile TWSTFT station has been delivered to PTB in fall 2012 for the sake of stationary VNIIFTRI TW station calibration relative to PTB instrument. This work resulted in accurate link to compare primary CS standards. The link enabled us to confirm VNIIFTRI CS fountain standards accuracy level stated previously on the basis of uncertainty budget and gave us a powerful tool for estima-tion performances of H-masers from ensemble of continu-ously operating clocks. Basing on frequency comparison of particular H-maser relative to primary CS and H-masers inter comparisons we estimated absolute frequency, drift and drift variation of the every H-maser from ensemble. These data are of sig-nificance in its own right and as a means of estimation H-maser performances and detection of possible correlation between clocks. On other hand they have enabled better frequency prediction and improvement in ‘paper’ clock performances. As a complimentary result we would like to deliver com-parative performances analysis of H-masers from USNO and PTB.
