Abstract: | Owing to the deployment of Inter Satellite Links (ISLs) as basic payloads, next generation of GNSS would maintain their PNT service performance without support from ground stations, and process the capability of Autonomous Navigation (Auto-Nav). By means of inter satellite ranging and communication, the operating procedure of clock error estimation is provided as an effective solution to deal with rank deficient problem. To overcome the ill-conditioned problems such as multicollinearity in least-squares estimation, the paper illustrates the algorithm used to find the optimal parameter k of Ridge Regression estimation, where the variance of inter satellite measurements and the priori variance are both taken into account. The simulation results indicate that the Mean Square Error is decreased to 2~3m2 with the proposed method, which is distinctly superior to that of least-squares estimation. |
