Abstract: For commercial Wi-Fi localization, the construction of precise fingerprint DB or AP position DB is very important. While various wireless signal surveying methods such as war driving and user generated crowdsourcing can be applied in outdoor, cost-efficient and precise indoor wireless signal surveying approaches are sparse. In this paper, noble dynamic surveying system using simplified PDR is suggested. Even though this positioning performance is similar to that of static surveying, its outstanding time-saving performance enable indoor location based service providers to build the location DB as quickly as possible.
