Satnav Brief - Legal Issues Facing the Satellite Navigation Industry in the Next Millennium

Abstract:	Each new wave of technology brings with it new legal challenges. For instance, the micro-computer raised new legal issues such as copyrighting software and the legal community is now confronting the myriad of legal issues surrounding commercialization of the Internet.Similarly, the expanding use of navigation technology raises challenging issues as well.
