Abstract:	We were sorry to hear of the departure for England in June of Group Captain H.E.C. Boxer, RAF, and Mrs. Boxer. Captain Boxer was a charter member of The Institute of Navigation and a member of the Council for several years while he was stationed in the United States as Chief of the Navigation and Instruments Branch of the British Joint Services Mission (Technical Services), which was engaged in conducting the exchange of technical information with the United States Services.
