Abstract: | As a foreword I should tell you that this paper will be more a story of the Canadian approach towards developments in navigation than a progress report on them. Security regulations and the intricacies of the patent laws prevent discussion of some phases of development in full detail. I think in any case though, you will be more interested to know what approach the RCAF is making to navigation development, what the RCAF considers to be its position in North American and North Atlantic development and what results are being achieved. |
