Abstract: To set adequate standards for the application of radio to the marine and aviation fields. We must familiarize ourselves with the needs and operating problems of those industries, so that they do not result in creating equipment too expensive for the industry and that they fill a real riced.. This is extremely important when the Commission considers the allocation of radio frequencies to the various services. An intimate knowledge of operations is also important because the Commission has a legal obligation With regard to the adaptation of radio to promote safety of life and property.
