Abstract: | More than five years have now elapsed since the representatives of 54 nations concluded their deliberations at Chicago and signed the Convention on International Civil Aviation on December 7, 1944. By this act great advances in the international standardization of air navigation practices were set in motion; and it is appropriate that the Institute of Navigation take stock of the achievements of ICAO over the past five years. |
